Dye & Eskin, Inc. (D&E) creates specialized, guarantee and simplified issue type life and disability insurance programs in the executive and employee benefits area.

D&E markets to agents, brokerage general agents, and consultants — educating these entities to the value of our unique programs, so that they, in turn, will enlighten their prospects and clients.

Our founders, Frank Dye (1935 – 2015) and Rick Eskin joined forces in 1980 to create Dye & Eskin, Inc. (D&E). With backgrounds in estate planning and executive benefits, D&E became an advocate for individual and corporate planning around the world.

In year 2000 the firm’s direction broadened to include the development of insurance programs — teaming up with prominent insurance companies, as an administrator, to introduce product solutions that otherwise had not previously existed.

D&E has grown to be an internationally recognized insurance agency with insurance programs in all 50 U.S. states, and coverage in 38 separate countries. D&E’s reputation is founded on the principal of integrity with a mission committed to bringing quality products, competitive pricing, and dedicated service to the marketplace.

Our long-term vision to innovate and adapt to clients’ needs is ensured through our generational succession plan – perpetuated through Rick’s children, Erika and Jake.
